If this is happening in Magic Valley, it’s happening elsewhere in Idaho too. Whistleblowers get punished while predators get transferred? That’s not oversight—it’s rot. Idaho parents deserve full transparency, and public education doesn’t get a blank check. Maybe it’s time we finish what has been started and dismantle the Department of Education entirely. At minimum that’ll send a clear message that parents mean business! Thx Rep Scott for sharing this!

It's happening in rural schools as well- one in particular that just received the equivalent of 18 million dollars of Idaho taxpayer payer money - it doesn't have to repay- Does this meet treating all Idaho public schools uniformly as is mandated by the Idaho Constitution? The question is will this years legislature have the fortitude to take on the Idaho Public Education system and hold it accountable? It is time that the public school system is not treated as the golden calf that no one wants to address!
